Your role and responsibilities
ABB is a global leader in measurement devices, analyzers, and measurement systems for industrial applications, offering a broad product portfolio and a strong market presence.
The Measurement & Analytics Division is currently seeking a Sales Engineer for Instrumentation and Control Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process in the dolnośląskim i lubuskim regions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Selling ABB-manufactured instrumentation and control equipment for measuring flow (liquids, gases, steam), pressure, temperature, level, and positioners across all industrial sectors
Selling service and maintenance solutions
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, and building long-term partnerships
Achieving sales and strategic targets
Conducting commercial negotiations, preparing offers, and managing projects
Preparing quotations in collaboration with the technical sales support team
Delivering presentations to customers
Your Qualifications:
Higher technical education – preferred fields: Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of instrumentation and control products is a strong asset
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM systems) is a plus
Self-reliance and responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, and a professional approach to work
Ability to work under time pressure and meet business targets
Valid category B driving license
