We are seeking a talented and proactive Associate Key Account Manager to join our team based in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships for iconic brand.
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize sales and profitability, as well as develop and maintain solid, long-term, and trustworthy relationships with all handled customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies.
- Analyse client and market data to provide best-in-class customer relationship management and advisory.
- Continuously build category expertise across all possible dimensions needed for long-term success.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to the broader team.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in key account management, sales, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Fluent English (verbal and written communication)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data
- Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) fluency
- Valid driving license (cat B)
