Are you a strategic planner with a passion for coordination and cross-functional collaboration? FMC is looking for a Master Planner to lead the 16-week production planning horizon for our formulated products across internal and toll manufacturing sites. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with global and regional teams to ensure schedule stability, resolve supply issues, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain a balanced 16-week master schedule for plants and tollers, ensuring alignment with global demand.
Collaborate Across Functions: Coordinate with manufacturing, supply planning, demand planning, and regulatory teams to confirm plans and manage deviations.
Resolve Supply Issues: Analyze root causes of disruptions and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule stability and on-time fulfillment.
Drive Decision-Making: Support volume allocation decisions across regions and product lines in collaboration with planning and commercial teams.
Utilize Planning Tools: Execute scheduling processes in SAP and IBP, and review capacity utilization weekly to ensure readiness.
What You Bring
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply chain roles (e.g., Master Scheduler, Supply Planner).
Proficiency in SAP MRP and SAP IBP.
Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
