Position Summary
SAP Switzerland is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, ensuring the efficient operation of sales activities, and supporting the sales team to achieve their objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate sales data, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular sales reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.
- Forecasting: Assist in the development of sales forecasts and performance targets.
- Support: Provide operational support to the sales team, addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.
- Training: Train and onboard new sales team members on sales processes and tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Controlling, Regional Practice Executives, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- German and English fluent in writing and speaking
- Proficiency in SAP systems and other CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- German and English is a must; proficiency in any other languages is a plus.
