Duties and responsibilities:
- Execute daily administrative supply chain tasks (incl. e-Procurement) as a service for the European subsidiaries e.g.:
- Gathering and maintenance of product availability information
- Error handling in automated supply chain processes
- Grant system authorizations to new employees
- Support and administration tasks for e-Procurement tools (e.g. SAP Ariba)
- Support data administration in the e-Procurement tool
- Interface between the user and the functional and technical experts
- Support for project-related tasks
- Support the local end-users on system usage and defined processes by phone, e-mail or web
conference
Professional competencies:
- Very good English language skills (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Supply Chain, in SAP R/3 and SAP APO is an advantage Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage
Personal competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in virtual teams Ability to work independently, well-structured and target oriented
