We are seeking a Sales Representative, Professional Care - East Poland or West Poland to join our team.
The role covers either Poland East or Poland West depending on the location of the successful candidate. In both cases the territory includes five voivodeships.
The preferred location of the candidate therefore is Warsaw or nearby for the territory Poland East and Poznan or Bydgoszcz for Poland West.
Your responsibilities
- Sales and Product Promotion.
Drive the promotion and sales of the company’s medical devices in alignment with strategic goals and the annual sales plan. Negotiate commercial terms with clients and ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities in accordance with company policies. - Customer Acquisition and Retention.
Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Tender and Procurement Process Management.
Manage the sales and tendering process in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and internal company procedures, ensuring all documentation and submissions meet regulatory and legal standards. - Post-Sales Support and Service.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including follow-up visits after major promotional or educational events, coordinate the installation and initial setup of medical devices; provide the necessary end user training. Drive device utilization and consumption of consumables. - Event Participation and Representation.
Represent the company at medical conferences, product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions. Actively participate in industry events as assigned by your supervisor. - Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze insights and adapt strategies accordingly. - Training and KOL Network Development.
Deliver product training sessions. Support the development and management of a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and local clinical advocates to enhance product visibility and credibility. - Educational Content Development.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of educational materials and training programs tailored to healthcare professionals and clinical staff. - Additional Responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the sales and clinical support team.
Your qualifications
- 3+ years experience in medical device industry
- Bachelor or higher degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing or a medical background
- Fluent English and Polish;
- Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
