The Role

Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge?

As a Recruitment Administration Principal Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on offer Letter management, managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.

This is a hybrid role, with working onsite 3 days a week (monthly shift rota)

Working hours - CEST 9-17; 10:30-18:30 (mandatory shift on weekly basis), 8-16:00 (optional)

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing administration activities for offer management for UKI, EMEA (Hungary) region
  • Managing account specific administration activities for the following scope of services: CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, candidate care, onboarding, invoice admin, updating applicant tracking system, identity & address verification and pre-employment screening
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process e.g., updating Operations Manual or other process documentation
  • Completing reports and trackers accurately and to deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes, including changes providing first line support for managing and resolving escalations
  • Reviewing processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Overseeing work allocation and reviewing accuracy of output for other (Senior) Recruitment Coordinators

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

Must have:

  • Previous experience in offer letter management
  • Effective Hungarian and English business communication skills, both written and oral
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Subject matter expertise of all operational processes
  • Experience in increased complexity of admin processes operated
  • Experience in peer coaching and support
  • Experience in coordination of ad hoc projects

Nice to have:

  • Administrative background
  • Financial service experience
