What would you do as our Sales Representative - ASSA ABLOY Vingcard
To support the growth of Vingcard, our premium product portfolio for the Hospitality industry, we are looking to expand Sales Team. Your role would be to actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, identifying key players on designated regions via cold-calling activities and establishing long term partnerships. You will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers such as hotel owners, project developers, specialist planners, architects and installation companies and more, acting as their trusted advisor and a subject matter expert. Your key focus area would be on implementation of our sales plans in the region.
You would also:
- visit our customers at their location and regularly report these visits in the CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met.
- prepare reports and all necessary documentation for our new and existing customers.
- follow up on all shortcomings found so that issues can be resolved at the earliest opportunity.
- be responsible for the achievement of set goals (in particular: sales, profitability, distribution and receivables status) within the designated geographic area.
- manage new projects including planning, development, implementation, and maintenance.
- attend career fairs, events and trainings organized by ASSA ABLOY .
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has either a high school diploma or higher education within a technical field - engineering or construction.
- Has at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a sales representative in the B2B and technical product market with demonstrable positive results.
- Is curious to learn about IT/HVAC/Access control products.
- Has strong negotiation skills, ability to influence others, excellent presentation and effective communication skills.
- Actively works with a PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM).
- Is fluent in Polish.
- Can communicate in English on an intermediate level.
- Has a valid driving license.
- Is available to travel within the region of Northern Poland.
- Has high working ethics and enjoys collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels .
