ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Logistics Intern reporting directly to the Head of Logistics Operations EER. This is a local role, based in Poznań Warehouse office – Bałtycka 65.
You will be responsible for supporting Warehouse Leadership team work, especially Process Engineer and MDC Manager to deliver improvement projects, initiatives and tasks. After on-boarding, you will lead at least 1 own small to mid-size initiative. You will be expected to handle all assigned tasks with a strong focus on the quality and efficiency to meet customers’ requirements and be compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Champion safety and quality in all logistics activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
- Help develop and refine process standards and visualizations
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest smart solutions
- Participate in internal audits and process reviews
- Promote Lean and HPO culture as a change ambassador
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Leadership Team on daily operations and improvement projects
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
- Bachelor / Engineer with logistics, economy or management profile (only during studies)
Experience:
- Previous internship will be advantage
Languages Skills:
- English and Polish– communicative both speaking and writing
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
- Internal motivation, accuracy, good cooperation, communication skills and work organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills & ability to work in a team environment
- Self-development & ability to learn new things. Adaptability & Flexibility.
- Availability minimum 30 hours per week
