At the very heart of our organization, the Operations Division is responsible for delivering outstanding settlement and related services to our clients. Starting your career in our Operations Department will give you an outstanding grounding in how the global financial system works.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an EB Operations Analyst at Euroclear Bank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of trades and settlements. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a world-class team where you can compete and thrive in an ambitious environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring Cross-Border markets: Follow up on market functioning, monitoring of cash and securities, as well as manually processing non-STP instructions.
- Demonstrating risk awareness in managing day-to-day operations, with a readiness to learn and a proactive blocking issue management attitude.
- Contributing to the identification and resolution of daily issues/TIP issues, ensuring that they are addressed swiftly and effectively.
- Showing a client-focused attitude by assisting our first-line colleagues and account managers in commercial roles.
- Demonstrating a critical approach while being constructive, helping to take our operations to the next level.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to delve into complex issues and determine effective solutions.
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in our diverse environment.
- An openness to challenges, with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure.

- The ability to work against daily deadlines, competing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
