We work in a hybrid setup, spending three days a week together in the office to stay connected, collaborate, and keep the team spirit alive - while still enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Tasks & responsibilities
- As HR Direct Specialist you are responsible for the professional support of our employees as first point of contact in HR as well as the administration of defined processes following internal and external compliance regulations
- You advise our employees via MS Teams or e-mail, also in matters with higher complexity, and you work with internal and external stakeholders (other HR functions, HRBPs)
- You ensure a splendid employee experience using your strong communication skills, social and technical competencies, and strive for continuous improvement of the provided services.
- You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
- You collaborate with various teams and be responsible for building and maintaining our internal and external knowledge base.
About our future Employee
You should speak German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) languages and have around 1-2 years of professional experience in supporting employees/customers.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
- Strong communication skills, distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, customer orientation, drive for innovation.
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization.
- Proven ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style.
- Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, MS Office, ServiceNow and OpenText.
- We work in a hybrid model, with 3 mandatory days per week in the office.
