Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznan. Together, we work on system monitoring, internal support within the organization and support for our sellers in smooth payment integration.
We’re seeking someone who:
Possesses a solid set of technical skills — experience with APIs, integrations, and monitoring systems is highly desirable.
Is ready to work in a shift-based schedule: 8:00–16:00 / 16:00–00:00, operating in a 7/365 support model.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Monitoring the operation of the Przelewy24 application, identifying and responding to outages and irregularities.
- Communicating with partners and internal departments regarding technical support issues.
- Analyzing, testing, and resolving issues related to the functionality of the Przelewy24 API (via phone and email).
- Implementing ready-made payment integrations, including platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and others.
- Participating in implementation teleconferences with partners.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the technical functionality of services.
- Executing additional IT-related tasks based on organizational needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (required)
- Minimum secondary education (IT or related)
- Knowledge of popular e-commerce platforms such as Magento, PrestaShop, WordPress, etc.
- Ability to remotely assist in resolving IT problems
- Basic knowledge of PHP and HTML
- Knowledge of protocols: HTTP, SOAP, REST
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Postman, and SOAP UI tools is an additional advantage
- Knowledge of English at least C1 and Polish
