Windows Infrastructure Engineer (R-18173)

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Automation: Develop and manage automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Version Control: Utilize GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code review processes.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure solutions with business requirements and best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering, with a focus on automation and cloud technologies.
• Technical education – University or related
• Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, similar are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
