What You Can Expect
The T&E Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely execution of various analytic tasks in one of the below areas in a dynamic and fast-paced GBS environment.
All tasks must be executed in compliance with Zimmer Biomet policies and guidelines.
How You'll Create Impact
- Perform account reconciliations as assigned, research and resolve reconciling items, investigate and analyze data discrepancy
- Prepare and produce monthly reports; identify outstanding items reflected in the accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries on an accurate and timely basis
- Monitor overdue accounts, processed payments related to credit card statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely financial close
- Interact with various teams within the organization
- Identify potential process improvements, lead or support process changes within T&E
- Research management questions and resolve issues.
- Perform daily activities accordingly to SLA’s and KPI’s established
- Ensures that process documentation and accounting procedures are up to date
- Report to Global T&E Manager
What Makes You Stand Out
- Strong preference for experience in Accounts Payable or T&E
- General understanding of accounting principles.
- Good analytical skills and high attention to details
- Preference for experience working in Concur, in a T&E administrator capacity
- Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Microsoft excel skills are required, advanced excel skills preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization
- Positive attitude, proactive and flexible
- Ability to thrive in remote working environment
Your Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience and advanced education
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
