Your Tasks
- Act as transition project lead for one or more entities;
- Be responsible for process transition from one entity to another (responsible for doing and the success);
- Prepare readiness for process transfer on all parties including needed ramp-up and monitoring;
- Set up transition project organization in the assigned areas and perform day to day coordination of project teams;
- Develop project plans and ensure project phases to be in time;
- Coordinate work schedule for assigned transitions: Integrate and consolidate transition work activities;
- Inform the project status through planned communications sessions. Prepare and facilitate status updates and briefings;
- Act as a local point for raising transition issues and risks that require cross team management and escalation;
- Support the development and execute the transition requirements for change management and communication.
Your Skills
- Experience in Program/Project/Transition Management;
- Business competence and intercultural competence;
- Processual mindset and hands on mentality;
- Solid knowledge of client business functions and operations;
- Solid working relationship with Retained Services Leads;
- Methodological and problem solving competencies;
- Ability to high level of travelling and being present in the office;

English and ideally German on high level, more languages are an advantage;
- Hands-on “just do it” attitude.
