RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and Implementing Training Strategies: Creating training programs for individual brands in the areas of product training, technical skills, soft skills, and service standards. Collaborating with individual OEMs to ensure consistency with manufacturer requirements. Implementing the developed strategy within the dealer network. Planning new training sessions based on the needs reported by the dealer network and other departments of Astara.
Coordinating Training: Organizing and co-organizing (in collaboration with an external provider) training sessions and workshops for dealer network employees, taking into account logistical, financial aspects, and determining and inviting the target group. Ongoing communication with the dealer network on training-related matters.
Monitoring Training Results: Analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and feedback after training sessions. Based on the above, introducing corrective actions to optimize them.
Collaborating with Internal Departments: Close cooperation with marketing, finance, sales, and aftersales departments to ensure consistency of training activities and the accuracy of delivered materials.
Administering the LMS Platform and Reporting: Administering Learning Management System (LMS) platforms in terms of verifying the employment structure in the dealer network, verifying and reporting the status of training and training cycles completion, updating training materials. Providing support to the dealer network in using the tool and reporting system malfunctions to the provider.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in coordinating training or marketing campaigns, preferably in the automotive sector. Experience in working with external training/marketing agencies is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, strategic thinking, multitasking, and a high level of assertiveness.
Languages: Fluent in Polish and English (minimum C1 level).
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
Preferred: Knowledge of LMS systems.
Other: Category B driving license, willingness to travel for business.
