Job Specification description
The Talent Acquisition team at Kainos are responsible for end to end delivery aligned to BU hiring demands. Based in locations across UK &I, Europe and North America, the team focus on direct sourcing channels to create a best in class candidate experience, in the most cost-effective way. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be supporting our Recruitment team, managing and optimising candidate experience and ensuring an efficient and seamless recruitment processes to help drive Kainos growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support and Administration:
Working hand in hand with our in-house Recruiters providing Recruitment administration and support across the end-to-end Recruitment process. Including creating roles and adding sourced candidates to our in-house recruitment system.
Arranging 1st and 2nd stage Interviews with candidates and clients - telephone interviews/video interviews and face to face interviews.
Providing accurate and on demand daily reports on scheduling activity to the Recruiter and Management as required.
Coordinating with candidates around scheduling availability.
Support with the creation of JIRA’s for Workday onboarding, and certification training.
Dealing with Stakeholders at all levels across our Business Units to arrange interviews & ensure feedback is submitted in a timely manner.
Assisting with Recruitment event planning across various locations if required.
Following up with all candidates throughout the process to ensure a superior level of candidate experience is attained.
Issuing terms and conditions to agencies and completing administration of internal systems on behalf of agencies.
Raise team Purchase Orders and manage progress.
Provide a professional and values led work ethos to the Recruitment support role at all times.
Minimum (essential) requirements:
Minimum of 1 years demonstrable success in an administration role;
Highly organised and a self-starter;
Collaborative and ability to work in partnership with our global Recruiters;
Excellent relationship management skills - ability to liaise professionally with all key stakeholders within Kainos, external agencies and candidates;
Used to working under pressure to tight timescales;
Strong ability to plan effectively and work to tight deadlines
A genuine passion and interest in recruitment - this role will offer a fantastic grounding for individuals who are keen to progress to a role as a Recruiter for Kainos or across our wider People Support team.
Desirable:
Experience improving processes, maintaining records and coordinating across multiple locations
