- Proven experience or understanding of sourcing and talent screening processes.
- Strong project management capabilities and savvy in organising multiple tasks.

- Track record of cultivating diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity in the talent acquisition process.
- Analytical aptitude to use data in improving sourcing activities and meeting KPIs.
