What tasks await you?
- Vendor management – collaboration in multivendor environment - supporting vendors with task prioritization and change execution, escalation handling. Assessment of vendor quality and performance.
- Change advisory board member - Coordination of multiple changes to achieve the highest possible service availability and performance,
- Execution or support of Incident, Problem, Change Management processes.
- Definition of service quality KPIs reflecting service quality and customer experience (e.g. success/response rate, response/roundtrip time, availability, stability, DL/UL speed, …)
- Documentation of High Level E2E service architecture (service chain)
- Regular updates of Knowledge Base, On-Call procedures, Expert Advices.
- Technical contact person for SOC, other internal units, external Vendors and Customers
- Support for SLA/OLA & ITIL processes development and
- Support for E2E monitoring planning & optimization (Sigos/GlobalRoamer).
- Support for a new demands / projects – to achieve operational readiness before commercial service launch.
What skills will be appreciated?
Your Profile:
- Education - Bachelor studies in the Telco/IT environment, or communications engineering,
- Practice - At least 2-3 years professional experience in the NT / IT environment ideally in the field of mobile data services / Internet
- Language skills:
- English - good communication skills in speech and writing
- German - communication skills (optional but nice to have)
Tech skills:
- Basic - Mobile Network topology and services understanding (2/3/4/5G),
- Basic - Networking (switching, routing, peering) and Internet protocols understanding, (eBGP , AS routing)
- Basic - AI and ML (machine learning) technologies in ELK environment
- Medium - ePC background – PGW functions and interfaces. Knowledge about: APN, DNS, Radius, Diameter
- Medium - networking – IP technology (e.g. IPv4, IPv6), DHCP, sub-net configuration, routing check, network issue troubleshooting, support of Wireshark analyzing.
- Medium - functions and services delivered by ISP, HRS - Home Routing Services, CDN networks, Public DNS, Network Registry, etc…
Other:
- On-call support ability – up to 5 times per year (1 week on-call)
- Maintenance during nightshift – up to 6 times per year
- Business trips ability – up to 4 times a year
- Minimum 1 office day per week (Warsaw)
