Are you passionate about the environment and ready to grow in a meaningful role? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join us as a ` — no expert experience required.
You’ll support our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts by helping track regulations, assist teams, gather data, and contribute to sustainability reports. It’s a great opportunity to learn, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact.
- Assist in preparing board slides and supporting presentations on sustainability topics.
- Provide ESG-related support and guidance to companies across the ASEE Group.
- Help develop ESG and sustainability reports based on recognized reporting frameworks.
- Support Greenhouse Gas (GHG) calculations and identify relevant emissions factors.
- Collect, clean, and analyse sustainability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
About you
You don’t need a traditional ESG background—if you’re passionate about sustainability and have relevant skills, we’d love to hear from you.
- ESG & Regulatory Awareness – Basic understanding of ESG principles, sustainability standards, or regulatory frameworks
- Communication & Presentation – Ability to create clear presentations and communicate complex topics in a simple way
- Stakeholder Support – Experience supporting teams, clients, or departments in strategic or compliance-related areas
- Reporting – Familiarity with preparing reports (sustainability or business-related) using structured formats or standards
- GHG Accounting – Exposure to environmental data, emissions tracking, or similar analytical work is a plus
- Data Analysis – Comfortable working with data sets, identifying trends, and drawing insights
- Project Management – Strong time management and organizational skills
- Tools – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Language – Professional working level of Polish and English
