Social Media Specialist for Musicians ┃ Permanent role ┃ Fully remote – applicants based in Poland
The Damian Keyes brand is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our fast-growing DK Social team — a cutting-edge social media agency for musicians, based in Nashville and powered by a global remote team.
With over 14M+ views on YouTube and a worldwide presence through DK Music Business Academy, founder Damian Keyes is passionate about helping artists connect their music with the right audiences. Now, we’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Social Media Specialist in Poland to help our clients shine online.
Role Overview
In this role, you will:
- Communicate daily with artists, labels, and creative teams via text, email, and video calls — building strong working relationships and understanding each client’s brand voice.
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with the senior team to create engaging content strategies that reflect each artist’s personality and goals.
- Provide feedback on video content, ensuring it meets both creative and brand standards.
- Use your expertise to maintain consistent tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.
- Run and optimise ad campaigns, including TikTok Spark Ads, Instagram Boosts, Meta Business Suite campaigns, Google Ads, and Spotify Ads.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and make content recommendations.
- Contribute ideas proactively — from new content series to community engagement tactics — to help clients grow their fanbases.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — excellent communication skills are a must.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and content formats.
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- A creative spark — able to come up with fresh ideas and approaches for artist content.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
- Experience with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
- Bonus: knowledge of the music industry or experience working with musicians.
Location & Hours
- Fully remote — applicants must be based in Poland.
- Flexible hours within your time zone.
Salary
₽5,500.00–₽6,500.00 per month (full-time, 8 hours per day).
