We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills and technical knowledge to help our engineering teams deliver the best results to our clients.

We expect that you…
- have 3+ years of professional experience of leading or managing a team (in a cloud/SRE/large-scale/high-complexity systems environment),
- have 5+ years of professional experience of working as a software engineer in a project requiring strong skills related to Computer Science, networking, operating systems, database optimization or distributed systems.
- have great communication skills (including English and Polish on a C1+ level) and can engage in written and verbal communication with clients,
- understand team dynamics and can lead and react appropriately to the plethora of possible events (effectiveness drop, new needs arising, conflicts, priorities change etc.),
- are able to manage your time, as well as help others in doing so,
- are great, and willing to further develop yourself, at translating technical and business languages into each other,
- have a solid understanding of cloud systems' purpose and mechanisms involved,
- have experience in developing software in C++, Go or Python,
- have experience building systems in AWS, GCP or Azure, using Infrastructure as Code approach (e.g. Terraform),
- have experience in delivering solutions with security and compliance at the center (e.g. designing and implementing policies related to ISO27001),
- have a degree in Computer Science or related fields (e.g. Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics).
Bonus points if you…
- excel at theoretical Computer Science or Mathematics,
- have significant experience managing complex Kubernetes clusters,
- have strong experience working with external clients in the US and UK markets,
- have fluency in French, German, Spanish, Danish or Dutch.
