We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Software Group in an innovative IoT organization. Your mission is to ensure timely delivery and proactive risk management across complex software projects. You will work closely with engineering teams, external partners, and stakeholders to foster strong collaboration and alignment. By translating internal team needs and market demands into clear, actionable project plans, you will help drive the efficient delivery of software product increments that support our strategic goals and meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the Software Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Establish and enforce clear processes, structures, and communication flows to reduce ambiguity, enhance focus, and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Collaborate closely with software and hardware Engineers, Architects and Product Managers, and others to define priorities, manage dependencies, and drive project progress.
- Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and reporting to increase transparency and predictability.
Qualification and skills
- Proven experience leading projects in software development environment
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and software development life cycles;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with multiple teams and partners.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-driven approach to managing complexity and change.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
