As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of strategic programs by managing a variety of projects—from New Product Introductions (NPI) and Managed Service Implementations (MSI) to marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

What You Will Do

• Assist the Program Manager in overseeing complex projects within a corporate program structure.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple workstreams.

• Develop project scope documents, timelines, and specifications to guide project teams.

• Monitor project performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with program goals.

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK and US (with up to 15% travel to the locations).

• Utilize tools like Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and reporting.

• Participate in proposal development and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

• Apply process improvement techniques to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

• This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office

What You Will Have

• A degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing diverse projects, ideally in international settings.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align project outcomes with strategic goals.

• Excellent planning skills with the ability to contribute to tactical and strategic initiatives.

• Working knowledge of process management, data gathering, and reporting tools.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across functions and regions.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and project management platforms.
