We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Functional Transition Lead in managing and executing transition-related activities within a dynamic, matrixed environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project coordination, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working across cultures and functions.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Functional Transition Lead in day-to-day PMO tasks and project tracking.
- Coordinate and schedule workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
- Manage communication flows between internal teams, external partners, and facility manager when needed.
- Organize travel logistics and on-site arrangements for project-related activities.
- Collaborate with HR and other enabling functions to support transition milestones.
- Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Act as a backup for the Functional Transition Lead when needed.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment across global teams.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Shared Services (SSC/BPO/GBS) or technical environments as well as finance knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse cultures.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
