A successful Administration Officer thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.
Role is remote from Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Supporting reporting activities
- Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.
- Willingness to learn sourcing methodologies and grow into Sourcer in the future.
Job Requirements:
- Previous administration, interview scheduling or recruitment coordination experience
- Experience with high-volume roles or coordination in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Open to become Sourcing Recruiter in the future
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
- Skilled in negotiating schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Fluent Polish, English minimum B2
- Working remotely from Poland
