Do you have experience from a law firm or an in-house legal function? Right now we have a unique opportunity. We are looking for a legally strong and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team.
We offer a versatile and professionally exciting position in an international group listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange in Copenhagen, where you will be challenged working with your legal skills and commercial understanding both nationally and internationally. At Flügger Legal & Compliance, you will be part of a strong and international team of a total of 8 lawyers (including two law students).
As we are expanding our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our rapidly growing company in Poland. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic environment and contribute to the continued success of Flügger in the Polish region. The candidate will be working from our offices in Gdansk.
Take a part in the journey
As a team, we are responsible for legal advice, legal compliance and legal risk minimization throughout the Group, including advising the organization in all relevant legal areas, and you will thus quickly get close to all levels of management.
You report to Group General Counsel and assist with all types of legal work that exist in an international listed group such as Flügger with subsidiaries, production facilities and sales in Poland as well as many countries in the Nordic region, Central & Eastern Europe and Asia. You can thus be involved in everything from strategic considerations to the preparation of legal documents such as e.g. cooperation agreements and legal advice in connection with e.g. commercial projects or local law matters and compliance. The candidate is the local lawyer of the Legal & Compliance team in Poland.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with a mix of generalist and specialist legal knowledge and great stakeholder management skills wanting to work in an international setting. The ideal candidate has a diligent and commercial mindset, good English communication skills and is admitted to the bar.
