At Efigence – a leading provider of digital solutions for the financial industry – we’re building a legal team to support our fast-growing operations. We’re currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel who will provide essential legal support across various departments, working closely with our business, tech, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing ongoing legal support to the organization and project teams in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
Ensuring compliance of business operations with applicable laws and regulations.
Drafting, reviewing, and assessing basic contracts with clients, subcontractors, and partners.
Preparing and reviewing short-form contract templates, orders, statements of work, and internal policies.
Offering legal advice to internal operational, commercial, HR, and back-office departments.
Drafting corporate documents such as resolutions and internal acts.
Providing legal guidance on intellectual property rights and managing trademarks and other intangible assets.
Managing the legal document archive.
Maintaining legal registers and summaries related to ongoing legal operations.
Managing the register of authorizations and related legal documents.
Supporting legal aspects of organizational change processes.
Participating in compliance-related projects.
Monitoring legal developments that may impact company operations.
Supporting the legal team with day-to-day legal tasks and projects.
Requirements:
A university degree in law.
Knowledge of legal regulations and market practices relevant to the company’s operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil, commercial, intellectual property, or data protection law – ideally in the IT or new technologies sector.
Fluent English (minimum B2 level), including legal terminology, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate with clients independently – a must.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Openness to new challenges, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proactivity and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Focus on results and delivering high-quality work.
