Types of tasks
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, and related documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and administrative matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and master data in HR systems; ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
- Prepare and deliver HR documents (e.g., employment certificates, earnings statements) to employees and external authorities
- Monitor compliance-related items such as medical exams, health & safety training, and personnel file documentation
- Job location also in Gdańsk
Or
- Manage end-to-end monthly and yearly payroll processes, including data input, time & attendance, civil law contracts, allowances, deductions, and benefits
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records (joiners/leavers/changes), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Ensure timely payroll execution via direct input or coordination with external payroll providers
- Administer benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, social benefits (e.g., loans, subsidies), and related reporting
- Ensure compliance with local tax, labour, and audit regulations; maintain proper documentation and support audits as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance) and external partners (tax authorities, insurance institutions, service providers) for accurate payroll processing and reporting
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries, providing excellent support and guidance
