Requirements:- 3–4 years of experience in a payroll or HR/payroll role;- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations;- Fluent Russian (required);- Practical experience with the ZUS “Płatnik” system;- A university degree in a relevant Polish field.
Will be a plus:- Experience working with payroll processing;- Practical experience with employment legalization processes for foreign workers;- English level B1 or higher.
