Who we are looking for
This position requires an HR professional with minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations position with a strong understanding of best practice around controls regulations, knowledge of Polish labor law and previous experience in HR administration function (detailed knowledge of maintaining personal files is considered a plus). Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel skills and very high attention to details.
Your new role
This position requires an experienced HR professional with good technical and business process skills, who will:
Take care of assigned HR activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local (Poland) legislative requirements including relevant paperwork preparation, attention to details, care for data confidentiality.
Ensure maintenance of practical knowledge and have an active role when looking at legislative changes.
Create, reviews and updates policies and procedures within HR services as needed that includes design preparation and implementation of new HR processes.
Continuously improve processes. Be independent in creation modification and implementation of new processes/policies.
Coordinate and ensure effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties/vendors/third parties and follows up on administrative details.
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports within specified guidelines.
Manage employee queries related to a wide range of HR administration processes.
Build and maintain close relationship with stakeholders and vendors as required to deliver high standard service to internal clients.
Maintaining and archiving personal files in accordance with applicable labor law provisions and internal regulations of the organization.
Support junior colleagues by providing guidance and sharing updates in labor law.
What we value
To be successful in this role, your profile should include:
5 years’ experience in Polish HR position with a strong understanding of best practice around controls regulations, labor law and working with outsourced providers.
Working knowledge Polish Labor Code and working time rules.
Working knowledge of HR and payroll IT systems required, Workday and Enova experience as a plus.
Communicative in written and oral English.
Very good Excel skills (practical usage of various functions i.e. pivot tables v-look up and others); more advance knowledge experience as a plus.
Education in HR/finance/payroll is preferred.
Strong customer focus and “can do” attitude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver high quality work in a dynamic business environment with attention to detail.
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
