Your team
• Be responsible for delivery of legal documents for a variety of investment funds (different asset classes, investment strategies, legal structures), domiciled in Switzerland and in EU
• Preparation of special content related to the reporting process, like preparation Total Expense Ratio (TER), synthetic risk indicator (including analysis of performance scenarios and document narratives)
• Preparation of client reports and financial statements comprising fund's performance, key master data, portfolio breakdowns, market commentary and valuation
• Identify and resolve breaks between Custody and Fund Accounting books
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of cash and stock records related to NAV calculation for Luxembourgish, Swiss and Irish domiciled funds including alternative funds

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
• Strong interest in financial industry, including basic knowledge on financial securities, willingness to observe market events
• Good written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English (German would be an asset)
• Methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Conscientious and focused on objectives with a can-do attitude
• Excel skill at advanced level would be an asset
