We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Global Payroll Manager to join our growing team in Poland. In this high-impact role, you will lead global payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes globally.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with local payroll services providers, internal HR, and Finance teams.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate payroll-related risks.
- Lead payroll and related systems implementation and upgrades.
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing.
- Maintain payroll data integrity and security for reporting and analytics.
- Lead payroll onboarding processes for new country setups.
- Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of payroll processing or similar managerial position experience in a multinational company
- Prior experience as a global payroll manager - a must
- Highly proficient in English - must
- Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - advantage
- Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of independence and self-examination
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
