We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director who will lead our sales team in Poland while acquiring new customers — especially in the DACH region — for our Software and Embedded (SES) business.
What will you do?
- Drive the Go-to-Market strategy for CEE & DACH, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Lead and grow the sales team in Poland, setting ambitious targets, coaching talent, and developing future leaders.
- Win new clients and manage the full sales journey—from first contact to signed contract—delivering real business value.
- Use a consultative, solution-focused approach to craft tailored proposals with technical teams that solve clients’ strategic challenges.
- Build lasting client relationships through advisory support, upselling, and continuous satisfaction tracking.
- Represent Etteplan at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and expand networks.
- Expand key accounts and drive growth by leveraging the full Etteplan service portfolio.
- Ensure effective use of CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce to track progress, optimize processes, and support team success.
You are someone we are looking for if you have:
- Proven success in selling services (software/embedded/engineering/consulting) with at least 7 years of experience.
- Leadership experience: building and managing sales teams and delivering against targets.
- DACH market fluency: ability to navigate more conservative decision-making in Germany while adapting to faster-moving CEE markets; a strong relevant network is a plus.
- Commercial & legal acumen: negotiating MSAs, framing SLAs, and handling procurement/RFP/RFQ processes.
- Pricing know-how: understanding fixed-price models, solution pricing, SOWs, and rate cards.
- Technology awareness in our priority industries: IoT, Industry 5.0, AI, Intelligent Grid, DERs, e-mobility, smart metering, industrial automation, telecom, manufacturing.
- Language skills: at least B2 (upper-intermediate) level in German, English and Polish.
- Strong consultative communication skills; confident with executive presentations and negotiations.
- Openness to business travel and regular hybrid work from Wrocław.
- Willingness to work on the basis of an employment contract.

- Technical background (software development, embedded systems, project management, business analytics).
