Senior Export Director
Location: Gdańsk ul. Leona Droszyńskiego 24, bud. F2
Duties:
- Creation and effective implementation of AAMD's sales strategy and policy, with particular emphasis on indicators such as sales, margin, acquiring orders, market and product development.
- Creating operational sales plans, verification in situations of changes taking place on the market and inside the company and their effective implementation.
- Constant analysis of market and sales results as well as investment potential in the subordinate area in order to take appropriate actions.
- Controlling costs and their optimization in the scope of activities of the managed area.
- Taking care of the good image of AAMD by developing and maintaining good relations and proper communication with all served clients.
- Monitoring the activities of competition in the subordinate area.
- Proper management and development of a subordinate team in accordance with AAMD standards.
- Keeping the required commercial documentation and ensuring the circulation of documents and their archiving in accordance with AAMD standards.
- Organizing and conducting reviews of key projects and establishing a strategy for their acquisition.
- Identification of new sources of income (customers, markets, products / services, sales channels).
- Development of business relations with customers, acquiring new customers.
- Responsibility for key negotiations.
- Participation in the creation and implementation of new products.
- Close cooperation with other departments in order to ensure high-quality AAMD products and services, including their development and ensuring high-quality execution of signed contracts.
- Shaping the standards for the functioning of the sales department (procedures, resources, etc.).
- Supervision and management of the bidding process and commercial negotiations.
- Responsibility for the compliance of commercial activities with applicable law.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in export trade, supported by achievements and successes.
- Experience in managing a sales team - minimum 3 years.
- Ability to manage and build a committed sales team.
- Knowledge of the construction investment market.
- Organizational skills, availability.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including MS Excel) and AutoCAD.
- Experience in working in an ERP environment.
- Driving license B.
- Experience in contacts with the investor and General Contractors and in conducting trade negotiations.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contract procedures.
- Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level.
- Very good command of the French language.
- Knowledge of financial management.
