Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Development
- Manage the global website structure, updates, localization, and technical documentation.
- Lead web development projects with IT, vendors, and regional teams.
Content Strategy & SEO
- Plan, create, and optimize SEO-driven content (blogs, case studies, website copy).
- Collaborate with copywriters and subject matter experts to align content with global and regional goals.
Analytics & Insights
- Set up and maintain GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards to track performance and generate insights
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and email campaigns; manage budgets and ensure compliance.
CRM & Marketing Automation Ownership
- Segment audiences, review recipient lists, and test mailings pre-launch.
- Run CRM campaigns and support marketing automation workflows and improvements.
- Document campaigns and support process adoption across teams.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in website management, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of CMS platforms and web content workflows (experience in WordPress and Figma)
- Proven experience in SEO optimization and analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Experience with email marketing or CRM tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Experience managing multilingual websites or launching localized content versions
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and marketing automation integration processes
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and gated content strategy
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights
- Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection rules in marketing
