We’re currently looking for an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our field service operations using SAP FSM. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between SAP FSM and core backend systems (SAP S/4HANA), and improving technician productivity and customer satisfaction through digital service processes.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP FSM modules (Workforce Management, Smartforms, Mobile App, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable FSM solutions.
Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA) with the Proaxia connector
Define and maintain service process flows including work order management, dispatching, field execution, and service reporting.
Support field technicians and service coordinators with troubleshooting and training.
Monitor system performance and handle incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
Assist in test planning, execution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Stay current with SAP FSM product updates and roadmap developments.
Technology Stack you will work with:
SAP Field Service Management
SAP BTP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
SAP Service Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC
Your Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management.
Strong knowledge of field service business processes.
Experience with integration tools such as SAP BTP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), or middleware platforms.
Familiarity with SAP Service Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC.
Experience with mobile app configuration and Smartforms in FSM is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Occasional travel may be required for project work and rollouts or training sessions.
SAP FSM certification.
Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
