Role: SAP ABAP HR Consultant
Location: Wroclaw or Krakow (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP Workbench
- Customize HR schemas, rules, and wage types to meet business needs
- Apply OOP principles in ABAP for modular, maintainable code
- Manage Data Dictionaries and create reports/forms for HR data processing
- Support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration and Payroll
- Extract and process data via SQL queries
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Mandatory Skills:
- ABAP Workbench development
- SAP HCM customization (schemas, rules, wage types)
- Object-Oriented ABAP
- Reports, Forms, and Data Dictionaries
- SQL databases
Nice to Have:
- SAP Fiori
- NoSQL databases
- Azure Databricks/Data Factory
- Agile (Scaled Agile preferred)
- GitLab, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
