Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, SuccessFactors and Transformation Execution) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.
Your role will focus on leading and managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and transformation for our clients.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead clients through IT transformation into SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Support clients in greenfield, brownfield and mix and match implementations using various methodologies, including Agile.
- Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
- Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
- Manage the quality of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
- EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Skills and attributes for success:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
- Proven track record of managing at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end-to-end program lifecycle.
- Prior consulting experience and hands-on SAP implementation expertise are essential.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- One or more industry-recognized certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Ability to travel within Poland and EU.
Additional assets:
- Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
- SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate certification.
- Experience in working and managing external vendors as a client representative.
- Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
- Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
