Your Tasks
We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our team and take on the responsibility for developing, coordinating, and implementing our Sales & Service training programs.
Tasks:
- Develop and continuously update training content, learning paths, and classifications in the Learning Management System (LMS);
- Create and distribute the Academy training calendar and newsletter;
- Plan, organize, and communicate Sales & Service training sessions (E-Learnings, face-to-face trainings, live online trainings, on-the-job trainings);
- Coordinate training resources, including trainers, subject matter experts, facilities, and training materials;
- Efficiently use Sales Force to support training organization;
- Prepare training materials and provide relevant information to involved departments (e.g., participant lists, catering receipts);
- Manage and maintain training inquiries through the central email inbox of HOMAG ACADEMY and the DGA pre booking list.
Your Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and knowledge in Sales & Service trainings;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills;
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Sales Force;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in both German and English.
