This position is part of the Commercial and Service IT team, which drives the Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce) in Cytiva. This 12-month internship offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities, empowering you to become a proficient Salesforce DevOps engineer while helping Cytiva with its mission: to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
Support version control management using tools like Git.
Work with Salesforce sandboxes and environments to manage deployments and metadata.
Monitor and troubleshoot deployment failures and provide actionable insights.
Contribute to the automation of routine DevOps tasks and release processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project/release managers to ensure smooth deployments.
Document processes and build guides for internal tools and workflows.
Who you are:
Graduated or working towards a bachelor/master/PhD degree in Computer Science in “STEM” majors (Science, technology, engineering, and maths).
Proficiency in some object-oriented language and/or any scripting language.
Attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Willing to work full-time during summer and a minimum of 20 hours a week during the academic year.
