We are seeking a Salesforce Team Leader specializing in Field Service to lead our development and implementation efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a key player in our team, you will drive projects to optimize business processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce tools with other systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver high-quality Field Service solutions
- Optimize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) setup, including configuration of data models such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Territories
- Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement FSL routing, scheduling, and policies for business processes
- Write and review scalable coding solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and associated technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and SOQL
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with external tools through APIs (such as REST APIs and Streaming API)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine workflows, flows, and business automation tools
- Manage and ensure effective CI/CD processes and Salesforce deployment strategies
- Maintain Salesforce security models and compliance with enterprise standards
- Apply knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, including integration technologies and SaaS data models
- Lead data migration projects within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
- Foster strong communication with business leaders to align system functionality with organizational needs
- Monitor team performance, set priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Extensive experience with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in configuring FSL components including data models, routing, scheduling, and operational policies
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (Streaming API, RestAPI) and web technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
- Experience with workflow, flows, and business automation design
- Expertise in security, user roles, and data partitioning within Salesforce
- Background in CI/CD and deployment processes for Salesforce environments
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, enterprise architecture, and SaaS data designs
- Familiarity with data migration processes and tools within Salesforce
- Capability to manage and balance heavy workloads with precise attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities while leading a team
