Asana is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Enterprise Technology -Apps RevTech team in Warsaw. In this role, you will deliver secure, scalable Salesforce solutions, translate architectural strategy into technical execution, and lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence. This position is ideal for technically strong professionals who excel in platform optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
What you’ll achieve:
- Provide architectural guidance for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and long-term platform scalability
- Maintain system governance by enforcing security standards, coding practices, and configuration consistency
- Lead the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), developing platform standards, reusable components, and best practices
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools; lead proof of concept (POC) efforts to assess platform enhancements
- Own the Salesforce CI/CD pipeline—managing deployments, version control, environment strategy, and automation tooling
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Monitor platform health and proactively identify performance optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with ET teams (FinTech, MarTech, EDI) to implement reliable integrations using Salesforce-native patterns
- Participate in sprint planning and technical design reviews alongside the Senior Architect and internal technical teams
- Provide escalation support for complex production issues and lead post-incident root cause analysis
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of overall experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 3+ years in an Architect or Technical Lead role within Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Flow
- Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, External Services, Connect)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, and large data volume management
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git)
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and in cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent technical documentation, communication, and peer collaboration skills
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 26,417 - 30,000 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.
Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
