We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and support our client's Salesforce integration and data migration efforts.
This role requires an individual with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to design impactful solutions that align with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess current sales processes and evaluate how Salesforce can enhance them
- Define and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that drive operational improvements
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate training sessions and provide user support to ensure successful Salesforce adoption
- Identify system inefficiencies and propose enhancements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements
- Evaluate data migration needs and establish strategies to ensure a smooth transition
- Track project milestones and communicate progress to relevant parties
Requirements
- Primary skill in Business Analysis with at least 2 years of working experience
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset paired with strong communication skills
- Expertise in Salesforce, including integration capabilities
- Familiarity with English at B2+ level, preferably at C1 or higher
