Purpose
As a Sales Support Specialist Benelux, you will assist the commercial team in managing customer administration across the full product range. You will handle price offers, sample requests, and price queries related to the Benelux markets, as well as manage responses to tenders in the region. You will collaborate with different departments to help the sales team achieve their goals.
You will have regular internal contacts with sales and marketing directors, customer service, and quality and regulatory departments, external contacts with suppliers and subcontractors, and written contacts with customers.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations in line with company policies and within agreed timeframes.
Screen tender opportunities and respond promptly, ensuring all documentation and information requirements are met in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
Maintain accurate and proactive administration of price offers and contracts.
Address price queries and invoice disputes related to pricing in a timely manner.
Support the Sales team in managing pack requests and modifications to existing packs.
Organize customer mailings as required.
Manage sample requests, including stock levels and shipment organization.
Coordinate movement or placement of equipment as needed (shipping, returns, demos, exchanges).
Support colleagues in other teams with their tasks when required.
Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Foreign Languages.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally covering the Benelux region.
Strong system skills; experience with MS Office, ERP systems, and Salesforce is an advantage.
Advanced analytical skills, effective time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills, energy, and adaptability.
Knowledge of the ophthalmic or medical device industry is a plus.
