Job Description:

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with German to join our Field Sales Support Sales Operations team. In this role, you will act as a key support partner for the Sales organization by managing operational tasks that improve sales productivity, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in German and English, eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales teams by handling administrative and operational tasks.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth operational flow.
• Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with the implementation of sales initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Customer Service) to ensure efficient support for the Sales team.

Qualifications:

• German at B2 level or higher – written and spoken.
• English at B2 level or higher – written and spoken
• Good Excel skills – comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic formulas.
• Strong ownership attitude – proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Good organizational and time management skills – able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive and professional approach.

• At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only).
