Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain customer master data, sales orders, and pricing in SAP
- Manage price lists and customer orders
- Ensure accuracy of orders and pricing; resolve discrepancies with customers
- Coordinate After Market and Intercompany sales processes and update sales information in the Sales & Projects database
- Administer customer portals within the division
- Manage OEM declarations of origin and respond to customer information requests
- Coordinate tooling inventory (initial setup and necessary confirmations)
- Prepare various sales reports, analyses, and presentations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel at a minimum intermediate level (pivot tables, functions, data visualization)
- Good command of English
- Ability to work with various systems (e.g., SAP) and databases
- Systematic approach and strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to interpret sales and financial data; enjoyment of working with numbers
- Independence, proactivity, and ability to perform effectively under time pressure
