How you'll make an impact
Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.
Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
Build and maintain automated test frameworks and pipelines for integrated applications.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.
Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.
Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing.
Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.
Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.
Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3+ years of experience (or 5+ years for a senior-level role).
Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio, NUnit, TestNG, and programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Familiarity with Distribution, Energy, Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and testing tools (e.g., Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and version control systems like Git.
Experience with performance, security, and compliance testing is an advantage.
Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
