WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Regional Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery in Business Tech Operations for H&M stores and brands, offices and warehouses from mainly the controlling perspective. You will manage budgets, relevant stakeholders and vendor contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining financial credibility to meet both current business expectations and future demands.
You will:
- Own and steer budget planning for stores and warehouse and drive monthly and quarterly follow-ups with relevant key stakeholders.
- Proactively create data visibility for opportunities and drive agenda for cost efficiency.
- Handling and setting routines for invoice handling.
- Support with procurements, business cases for services and products.
- Assess service needs and support the realization of the service roadmap.
- Oversee and improve procedures for service processes/workflows e.g., who/what/when/how.
- Monitor and review service deliveries and drive related continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and support delivery of market and globally procured vendors.
- Ensure change management activities and coordinate and communicate relevant information with involved stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional education.
- Working experience in IT services/operations, ideally with a controlling background
- Understanding of retail operations.
- Experience in budget creations and management, ensuring financial credibility and efficiency
- Proficiency in invoice handling, including vendor management.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and proactive solution development.
- Familiarity with procurement standards and contract management.
