Currently we are looking for:
Customer Service Specialist - fixed-term contract
Core responsibilities:
- Cooperating with and maintaining a very good relationship with the Logistics and Purchasing Departments of the Client’s company
- Executing customers’ orders in accordance with agreed contracts (production, deliveries)
- Ensuring execution of the sales plan by customer
- Controlling stock, receivables, returnable packages balance, and preparing relevant reports
- Supporting Sales Managers in developing markets.
Requirements
- University degree (economy, trade preferred)
- Very good level of English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of other European language is additional advantage (German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with clients
- Good analytical skills
- Team player with good problem solving skills, self-reliant
- Experience in a similar position in an international environment beneficial
- SAP experience will be an advantage
